Polar H10 Transmits via BTooth not only HRate, but also HRV and on mobile. Unlike the Garmin duo, which will transfer HR to the mobile via BT, but is only willing to release HRV info via Ant+ and not BT. So garmin for HRV monitoring (which didn't work with fenix6 anyway) dictates the garmin device, which is a disadvantage
satisfied. I use it on Polar beat, Welltory, and other HRV apps. I'm still discovering other possibilities. It catches on quickly, needs minimal wetting and most importantly, it works. I like the apka polar with voice guidance.

When it's working as it should, it measures correctly.
I often encounter ridiculously low values when I sweat more.
It has been restarted several times and the battery replaced. I also changed the tightening, the location of the sensor on the chest, etc.
Everything always helps for example for the first few minutes and then nonsense again.

After a week of living together. The belt is usable for what. For a lean athlete or an Asian of medium build, definitely yes. Not so much for men of more muscular build. The Chinese-made XXL fits the average European woman, so you're wearing a very stretchy belt indeed. It's not uncomfortable and you can't even feel it after an hour, but the life of the heavily stretched rubber will be pretty minimal because of it. However, the belt measures heart rate very accurately and instantly, while transmitting everything to the mobile app. It is, unfortunately, a bit medieval. The current heart rate graph is plotted on the grid in a curved manner, offset half a centre down, so that the record only appears on the grid when you are exercising at a higher heart rate. Otherwise, the app doesn't exactly offer a good selection of exercise modes. Walking, fast walking, running, two kinds of cycling, cross-country skiing. And that's the end of it. Yes, nothing like swimming, exercise, pilates, aerobics, nothing. That's really bad. So if you buy a belt for all-day wear for weight loss, you'll need to adjust your gait despite the fact that you'll be kicking a trench at work. To what extent the app then properly targets your burn is the question. Additionally, I noticed on the chart that there were dropouts when I was further away from the mobile, despite the fact that the app should have finished writing data from memory. She didn't. So memory works differently somehow.
