It would be nice if the manufacturer included picture instructions with the packaging. Luckily, the internet is full of guides. It's clear from the product photos what you're buying, but unfortunately, the description is missing the information that you have to stitch the product on yourself. Anyone who doesn't look through the pictures must be quite surprised. Thanks to the photos, I knew what I was buying, but I understand that it can be quite misleading for some when the information about stitching isn't in the description or the product name. The cover was lovely to stitch on, the seams fit perfectly as they should, the material has the ideal amount of stretch, it feels nice to the touch, and the steering wheel is easy to handle with it on. Installation definitely won't be easy for someone who has never held a needle and thread in their life. I found the work went smoothly, and the whole thing took me about an hour. The result is great.

I don't really get how this product can have a 3/5 rating. The picture shows a needle and thread + there's a hand sewing. And people who buy it give it 1/5 because you have to sew it on. Like, sorry? How am I supposed to just fit the cover on the steering wheel with the stitching already done? Magically stick it on? For me, it's great for the price (109). Yes, it took me almost 3 hours, but that's because I've only held a needle once in my life to sew a trouser pocket, and that turned out pretty badly. If I were to sew it again, I'd get it done in under 2 hours. It's pleasant to the touch, and after the several hundred km I've driven with it, it still looks good, isn't tearing, and the thread is holding.
