I’ve tried x different joint supplements, taking each one for at least 3–4 months, without changing my diet (I also keep an eye on my macros) or my exercise routine. Anyone who wants to save money and gets enough protein can try taking glycine, proline (the main component of stock) and vitamin. C on its own OR pork gelatine (glycine, proline, valine and hydroxyproline) + vit. C. If you make stock every day and get enough ascorbic acid from fruit and vegetables (yellow and red peppers are ideal), there’s no need to worry about joint nutrition. But time is money

I started to use it as a preventive measure because I have long-standing problems with "peeling joints" when I do squats and I've added a lot of weight in the last few months - a lot of squats with a dumbbell. I didn't notice any deterioration, maybe a little less cracking, so good for me. I would also like to address one of the previous negative reviews claiming that there are fewer doses in the box. I weighed each dose on a coffee scale (maximum deviation 0.1g) and I can confirm that there were exactly 20 doses (plus a few grams extra). However, it was never 6 aligned scoops - that would be well over the recommended 14g per day. So, I strongly recommend to bind. P. S. Prom-In has the same problem with the scoop of their protein, there I also weigh especially on the weight: )
