On the original vehicle I had a positive experience with a similar product from Heco (Poland), but they do not offer visors for the new vehicle. So I reached for the Protec (Poland) screens. The aperture material itself strikes me as low cost compared to the Heco aperture, but it will probably work. The upper part of the screen fits dimensionally, the second-bottom part is a bit smaller - it is probably a universal piece. My biggest reservation is the attachment of the visor to the bonnet. Heco used grips made of solid plastic, while Protec used steel threaded rods cut from scrap, which each buyer has to shorten according to his own needs and discretion. The threaded rods are finished with metal grips and this is where I see the biggest problem. The grips are supposed to clamp onto the radiator grille ribs when tightened, but in this case, thanks to the relatively sharp edges, they bite into the ribs and start to loosen when vibrating due to driving on rough Czech roads. The grips are again universal, so on one vehicle their span will be sufficient, on the other not, because the ribs in the mask have different spacing. Even on my car, the attachment spacing is sufficient for the upper mask, but not for the lower one. So I will have to modify or replace the handles. So for 1000Kč I bought a thing that is not ready for immediate assembly. Half of the material needs to be modified or completely replaced. From my point of view, the commercial value of the delivered material is 200-300Kč. Not to mention the production price, which is in the lower tens of crowns. That's all.
