I really tried to do everything I could to use the slackline and not have to return it. I found instructions on how to stretch it properly, I finished the demarcation washers, redesigned it so that the auxiliary strap was directly on the ratchet, but it still wasn't enough. I tightened it gradually with more and more force, but the result was only a strange twisting of the ratchet and still it could not be tightened enough at a distance of about 10 m. The replacement product from a Czech company works, so it wasn't me: )
it was no problem to return
two straps and two ratchets
it couldn't be stretched at all so that it didn't hang all the way to the ground
poor quality ratchet material, which twists in different ways
no demarcation pads for a narrower belt than the ratchet; but it didn't work even after adding the pads
insufficient instructions
