My son has a head circumference of 52 cm and the hat is tight. My daughter is 49 cm and the hat fits. From my point of view, the costume is more for toddlers. Certainly not before the age of 7.

good price
looks nice
It could have been longer for a 117 cm five year old, but it served, and maybe it will be enough for a year.
The hat is for little heads, it is small even for a 3 year old girl.
