For the fact that it is made of plastic, it is expensive for a few crowns. but it works. if there were four for the price, OK.

He's really holding on to the spot. I have a plastic folding basket provided with it for miscellaneous odds and ends. The heavier the load, the better it holds in place.
Although there is Velcro on one of the sides, it is not the classic one that snaps on, but rather it is to prevent shifting by pulling.
It lived up to expectations, but I still find it very overpriced.
