In 5 months I have driven a little over 2600Km and apart from a pulled chain I haven't encountered anything. I bought this bike based on the 15th best el. bikes for 2022 where they ranked 13th in price/performance ratio.
The battery will give just over 120Km if you just don't drive

We already have 2 of these bikes at home, and since we are very satisfied after a year of use, we are buying 2 more,
In a year, we have covered about 2000 km and without a single defect. On one battery charge, the range is about 120 km, although the declared distance is 80 km.
The second bike stopped working after half a year, after a complaint the bike was replaced by Alsa without any problems. Simply satisfaction and for the money I recommend it to anyone who is still hesitating.

I can't evaluate the lifetime yet.
Reasonable price
There were well set gear stops, well tensioned wires in the wheels .. A minimum of intervention is required to get it up and running.
No preparation for attaching the bottle.
I have not found a dealer product specific replacement parts (batteries).
