It's not my first thermostatic faucet. If I were buying batteries again I would take the same one from Ravak. Other thermostatic faucets sometimes suffer from a defect that becomes apparent within a month or two. The defect will manifest itself in a harder turning of the water temperature setting. Since the controls are plastic (which also applies to Ravak) with a smooth surface, it is not possible to adjust the water temperature in any other way than with a tool such as a rubber glove, which does not slip on the smooth plastic control. In the case of the Ravak, the defect of heavy rotation of the drivers did not manifest itself even after several months! This was an excellent finding, and so the concern of a malfunctioning water temperature setting does not seem to be a concern with this faucet. Still, I would rather have the plastic faucet controls made of metal as I have seen them in hotels in the Netherlands. I would also see the control of the water outlet through the shower and top drain as a big advantage. The battery does not contain the typical pull rod, which also runs hard over time. Here, the location of the water outlet is determined by the water outlet control. Super feature. The speed of water temperature control during pressure changes in the pipe is also excellent. As a small disadvantage, apart from the plastic controls, I would only see the water shut-off lock. It takes a bit of feeling to keep the water flowing when one doesn't hit the "closed water" position. Or you also need to be careful when wiping the battery with a cloth when it is easy to move the control to the position where the water remains slightly flowing. Otherwise, I am very satisfied with the battery and I am writing this review after using it for a few months. This product is really good even though it is more expensive but good quality.
