terrible sound for the money, you need to play a lot with the EQ and even so you don't get a good sound and when you set it to something better than the default convoluted mess you find that the headphones sound one way and one way, music is absolutely impossible to listen to, videos have distorted voices, csgo is strangely well played and I could hear the enemy coming from far away, but in R6 I was unable to determine the position, not to mention the fact that you need to have the games set to 5.1/7.1 to make the headphones stand out, in stereo they play quietly and loudly for some reason, unfortunately windows as such can't use them as 7.1 but only as stereo, I recommend to save money and either buy something wired or if it's wireless then cloud 2, even if they don't sound great they at least play everywhere consistently the same and definitely better than these overpriced things

Some here describe white catfish, graining, etc. in my case, it's not. A firmware update should solve this in the future.

I would be extremely happy with the headphones if it weren't for that one negative. Maybe the manufacturer will resolve this with some newer revision or firmware, maybe it's really just a matter of select pieces, but until then I regretfully return.

Very comfortable and good headphones but unfortunately it wouldn't be a razer if it didn't have some sort of hook. The headphones are constantly buzzing and if you don't have anything on it's quite annoying. Furthermore, if you stream something on discord, the viewer hears a very loud and unpleasant sound. For that price I expect a quality product and this is pretty unacceptable to me even though I would otherwise be very happy with the headphones. I'd probably recommend the new Logitech G for X2 or the Steelseries arctis nova 7.

Refresh 2020 version
I had the old version and they fit great on my head but they had a little worse battery life and you couldn't even see the % in the synapse with the old version with the new one. Plus they had micro usb this new (2023) version has already usb c and even improved battery and even the sound is much better but I was a bit annoyed that they have static noise when not playing audio for a few seconds after pausing the music / game
