2x had to make a complaint because all of a sudden the usb dongle stopped working

It has no significant shortcomings in terms of quality
Relatively high price, you can definitely find a cheaper alternative like the Logitech G for X Superlight
The mouse has a very low profile, so if you're used to holding the mouse with the whole flat of your palm, this will be a big annoyance. The mouse is mainly built for "Claw grip".

After buying the first mouse was not able to pair, after an attempt through the "extension" I dongle pushed into the PC and on the 10th attempt I updated the firmware and the mouse somehow caught...
super shape for clawgrip (I had a Logitech G Pro Superlight for over a year)
Matte/Textured finish > great if your hands sweat
mouse quality (probably the best Razer product)
buttons and sensor are really cool (scroll wheel could be better)
razer has problems with steaming and dongles (alza offered a replacement but somehow I fixed it)
razer synapse is the shit of the century
