ultimately, it probably works as it should.
low-level processing
the holes on the part that goes into the wall are not according to the manual - resp. two holes for screws in the wall were missing compared to the manual. I ended up adjusting, but that probably voided my warranty.
The caps on the part in the wall did not hold at all and did not "click"; I haven't even tried it on the furniture part. Fortunately, they're not needed.
in my opinion, the workmanship does not correspond to the price
