For breastfeeding maybe yes, unfortunately as a man I can't judge, but for reading it is very much on the edge. It doesn't really have two light intensities. The second LED lights up, but the change is not practically noticeable.

On the body of the lamp there is a kind of connector. In the package, but there is no additional cable. I assume this is a rechargeable option, when rechargeable batteries are inserted.

It runs on three batteries and apparently lasts a long time.
Unnecessary switching of two luminous intensities. It's not a big difference, and you have to press the switch twice to turn it off when you first turn it on.
