Good for making notes (I wrote out the most important things from the book on 2 A4 sheets; the most important things for me fitted onto 1/2 a sheet in bullet points.

The book isn't as useful as some people describe it. You know most of it from practical experience.

Half of the text is just waffle. Instead of more examples like "this worked well for us because...", it's just general talk like "do this, don't do that".

There are mistakes in the text, it obviously hasn't been proofread.
