I want to believe it will be an inappropriate brush, but it fixes absolutely nothing! It foams up and even with a very small amount of water, and before you even lift your eyebrows with it, you have so much soap in there that you want to put it away immediately because of the very unpleasant feeling...
My wife bought it and she continues to rate it...
Different card in the package than shown in the photo! And the one that's really there is absolutely useless! In addition, even a defective piece after the first use dropped the handle...
