She does her job well and has made a lot of our time easier by having her own paper tray ready for shredding. Then you don't have to stand there and can do other things. Personally, I'm glad that I can simply shred A1 format through the top slit and don't have to cut it first. It doesn't overheat.

It does not overheat
when I go to empty the waste tray, there is always a mess around and some residue is behind the tray and then ends up on the carpet (which is so on the vacuum cleaner).
