The frequently used numbers for entering the PIN rub off very quickly.
Only numbers 1-7, which is very limiting when creating a PIN and keeping it secure.
The app is a disaster - for example, it shows 80% battery. A few hours later it's "probably" at zero. The lock doesn't respond, you have to take it apart, replace the batteries and voilà, everything is perfectly fine again.
It seems to eat batteries for breakfast.
Range issue. The original, and not exactly cheap, HUB keeps reporting that the lock has a weak WiFi signal, that they can't 'see' each other, etc., even though they're barely a few metres apart. This is despite the fact that a high-quality AP with a good signal is also nearby. So, the fault probably lies elsewhere than with my home network coverage.
The app could have more settings and customisation options
I tried various settings several times, for example, 'don't lock for today, stay unlocked'. Nothing. It doesn't work, just like other attempts at various smart actions.
