After less than three months of operation (purchased on June 11, 2022), the handle stopped working. When changing the batteries, it flashes for a while and says that the batteries are dead. I put a lot of battery variants there, I always measured their capacity (full to 100%) and it still reports it. I tried removing the handle from the Janus application, adding it again, but it absolutely did not stick. It cannot be paired and thus cannot be used in any way. This product is disappointing for me. If it weren' t so expensive (for what it can do), it would probably go in the trash.

When changing the batteries it always says that the capacity is 0%
Sometimes it recognizes the fingerprint only after about 5 or more attempts. The recognition accuracy is really quite poor
Combination with the manufacturer' s recommended self-locking lock with panic function Richter Czech EN.304. NW BYE. KO.72.55.20. L didn' t work at all and I had to replace it with a classic mortise lock after two months
