After several months of complaints, it is not a very reliable product. The noise is unreasonably high, the thermometer on the display apparently has a tolerance of +/- 7°C, you start cooling and the room temperature supposedly rises.

Absolutely no function and terrible noise. Useless product. Returned within a few days. I' d rather invest and buy a wall-mounted one. which I advise others too.

It is not able to cool a room of 20 m2. From 29°C, it reached a maximum of fluctuating 27/28°C. Even though the room was completely sealed. 7000 BTU is enough for my room, this air conditioner has 9000 BTU and zero effect.
The display is harder to read
Window molding, which is almost non-existent here (maybe in the US)
Horrible noise. There' s practically nothing you can do about that kind of noise. Even Sony' s best headphones with active noise cancellation didn' t improve much.
