I have vinyl windows so I used it all winter and it worked reliably. It has a little less dehumidifying power than I expected according to the description, but still quite good considering the price and power input. It's enough for a regular room. For larger spaces, however, you need something stronger.

I tried the dehumidifier for a couple of days in a cottage where the humidity in one room was around 90%. I can say that it works well. Within a few days, it reduced the humidity in the room by about 25-30%. Although the daily capacity of 30 L as described seems a bit far-fetched to me, I can't say that I am dissatisfied with the performance. I've read in the reviews here bitching about the noise, about taking the tank out. For myself I can say that I had no problem with removing the tank, you just have to be a bit handy. Sometimes after removing the tank (before you can spill it and put it back), if you don't turn off the dehumidifier beforehand and leave it off for a while to let everything drain out, a drop appears on the floor, but this can be wiped off with a paper towel without any problem. As for the noise, the dehumidifier has 2 fan modes - a little and a lot. During the day it was on a lot and didn't bother me, overnight I put on a little and the dehumidifier whirrs about like a refrigerator. I had no problem sleeping with him. But I guess that's very individual.
Within a few days I had poured X times a tank of at least 25 l of water out of a small room and the dehumidifier was not running permanently. You wondered where the water was coming from. I can recommend it for wet areas with a calm heart.
