My son is 142cm and the bike fits perfectly. We were debating between sizes S and M and we are glad we took the larger one. Just be careful. Size,, B,, according to the table is physically 54-55cm. There was no need to tighten anything, everything works as it should. We only have about three abrasions on the shoulder, but my son will surely add a few, so we don't worry.
