The quality of the workmanship is lousy, especially with the software. The mobile app is half broken, requires high permissions and throws errors. And without the mobile app, the vacuum cleaner is very limited. The first time I started the machine, it jammed and I could neither turn the vacuum on nor could I turn it off. We returned it immediately and will not be taking anything from Rowenta again. This is not the fault of a specific piece, but a systemic quality issue on the manufacturer's side.
The first time I started it, it jammed - didn't start vacuuming, wouldn't shut off, nothing.
