One year of operation, it works fine but suddenly it started to get stuck in the corners, where it goes in and then gets tangled there. This leads to battery drain and thus does not clean up. It happens with a mop. The shiny, round legs of the furniture confuse him, probably reflect the signal badly, and then he doesn't know where to go. Wet pavement classic problem. I probably wouldn't recommend it, I'll try a different brand next time.

QR code in the manual is not working.
When installing the app from Google play it is choppy and also subsequently when using the app it only works occasionally.
Inaccurate rendering of the map of the apartment and when cleaning, the map often shows a different room than the one where the vacuum cleaner is moving.
Confused overtaking from room to room, where the vacuum cleaner does a partial cleaning of a room, then moves to another room and then returns.
Strange frequent clicking in the vacuum cleaner when cleaning.
From what I've read in reviews, it's pointless and futile to advertise the vacuum cleaner so if it doesn't "get it right" anytime soon, the vacuum cleaner will fly into the bin and never use the Rowenta brand again.

On the very first cleaning, the brushes got stuck on the carpet, okey, it happens but in this case I would expect the vacuum cleaner to switch off to avoid any damage. Instead, he forcibly continued on until the brushes were completely destroyed, one even broke off! This is artificial intelligence coming at me from the side, no more Rowent. If I can give you some advice, definitely don't buy THIS model. six hours after buying the vacuum cleaner, I'm buying new brushes for 500.

The behavior you describe is not standard, so we recommend you to claim the product or contact the manufacturer directly, who will try to solve your problem at [email protected], you can also send a short video of how the robot behaves. The mop on this robot is gravity operated and therefore needs to be manually operated. Thanks to this, it can be only 8 cm tall and thus the thinnest laser robot on the market.
