Since the product is made of plastic, over time, defects such as. broken handle in the vacuum cleaner mouth and the associated non-functioning mop button. Next, the button to remove the nozzle broke off. Please note that I treat all things as human beings, not as cattle. I wonder which intelligent person invented the dust collection container. There is no safety catch on it, so the contents will spill out with even the slightest mishandling and your work will be in vain. I am evaluating after 3 years of use, when I vacuumed about 1x a week about 50m2. Of course, these defects became apparent after the warranty. How else? I would not buy this product again.
