I am quite satisfied with the iron. I'm used to flat ironing my hair at 185°-190°, which it can't do, and 200° is too much for my hair, but even 175° smoothed it out beautifully. The only thing that really pisses me off is the lock button, which I keep pressing when I'm in a fight.

between 175° and 200° degrees is not the temperature
the locking knob on the side gets in the way when you spin the iron and I often lock it
there must be a fireproof cover under the iron because even the outer metal plates are very hot
