Functionality fine, sheet metal is weak and when folded it twists and comes out of the wood. I recommend a rubber mallet and patience.

Interesting idea
The workmanship is terrible, the finish on the wood ( probably should have been stained ) is such that it will require sanding and a new coat of paint ( scuffs on the edges and spots all over the surface).
