I bought the product on Alza at a discount because the previous owners had a problem with the pairing. The cube worked for me right away. I learned how to fold it and now I'm trying to improve and find new techniques and get faster. Thanks to the magnets and the shape of the cubes, the cube allows fast and precise rotation. as opposed to the old classic dice. The app advised but honestly, it's not a fully tuned app. If they would modify it, dust off the design, make a proper UX, I would be much happier. However, I enjoy it and I'm very happy to have a new pastime.

I had the exact same problem as it says here, when I was about to claim the 3rd cube, I found a review here with instructions from 14.1.2022. I tried it and the cube is up and running. The procedure is not intuitive and I have not found it anywhere before. It would help a lot if the manufacturer gave this procedure to the manual and if not, at least the dealer. Otherwise, the complaints will be repeated.
When it works, it connects well to the app and rotates well with it.
The cube is in sleep mode and there are no instructions on how to wake it up. It is necessary to contact the manufacturer, as the reviewer did.

I have complained 3 times that the cube cannot be charged or paired. I always got a new piece that had the same problem. I don't understand 🤔

The cube is not charging. We have advertised the first piece, unfortunately the second one is not able to charge either. The charging LED does not light up. Even when I reset the cube according to the manufacturer's instructions, nothing. Unfortunately, for the price, it's really crap. I have no choice but to complain again. If the cube doesn't work the third time, I'll want my money back. Plus, it's a Christmas present for my son, so it's not exactly ideal. A big disappointment for me.
