The coffee maker is not faulty, it is not a machine for complete morons and for lazy people. You need to play around with the machine a bit, set a slightly different grinding coarseness for each type of coffee, change the strainers depending on the coffee you buy, etc. I hope the device will last a long time, but only time will tell. Anyway, coffee consumption at home has gone up about threefold. I can only recommend it!

Patience is needed with the setting of the grinder, which from the factory is set to a very coarse grind, so the resulting drink is not good. But if one takes the trouble to readjust the internal grinder, the espresso is much better. I recommend setting 4 inside, 3 outside.
