I had another line of backpack that was made much better and I could safely carry my laptop in it, this backpack has no reinforcements nor can the laptop be secured. You have to be very careful when laying it on the floor and when wearing it to avoid accidentally getting it caught. Really disappointed, for carrying papers and ipad it is ok, for mac book it can get expensive.

The quality is inferior to the samsonite series and I don't recommend it for an expensive laptop
Zippers, material - everything is artificial and cheap
Bad to wear on your back
It does not have reinforcements on the sides for storing a laptop. I hit the edge of the backpack when putting it on my back, but it was a laptop
no Velcro inside to secure the laptop
After two weeks of wearing, the strap looks like it's half a year old
