The previous Galaxy s20 FE 5G (SNAPDRAGON) was in great shape. But I wanted a compact phone, with up-to-date support. I was deciding between s23 and s24. I opted for the s23, and I don't regret it. I don't see any big shift (I don't take that as a negative). Everything works great and my phone is fine. Why I didn't buy s24 - worse battery life(despite bigger battery, and better frequency drop), amount of mobile temperature(despite bigger cooling area, exynos what to add), EXYNOS processor (actually the biggest killer of s24). Reasons I was thinking about the s24 - 6.2" display in pretty much the same body, 7 years support. In the end, I found it more important battery life and that the phone does not melt so much. To support the purchase that one day everyone in the world got the same good processor. Maybe the last compact mobile from samsung with SNAPDRAGON for a long time.

Before updating to the latest AI system it was the best phone Great battery life fast charging super control after the update unfortunately a big disappointment
After the update, the battery life deteriorated by 15:20% until then it was amazing deteriorated touch control slowed down charging and significantly Completely nonsensical with the microphone icon on the keyboard put in a corner where it is stupid to press and often switches to something else just overall stupid and actually the update gained almost nothing because I could take a few photos somehow edit and fiddle around with them delete something Ok but if I knew that I wouldn't do the update to roll back the system so I better roll it back really for now don't do the update I don't know why they released it if it's not debugged What bothers me the most is the battery until then it lasted all day fine at midnight at 30-35% now only 5-10% in the evening
