Maybe I misunderstand the product, but the management software requires admin permissions, the options are 1) no protection 2) password 3) password+print. Prints can be max. 4. When connected with protection, the disk looks "full! and it is necessary to start the SW and unlock the disk. It is not clear whether the settings (password and fingerprints) are stored on the disk or on the computer. I've turned off the protection, I prefer to use a bitlocker.
