I chose the washing machine after a long consideration based on reviews, which at that time I found only positive. Unfortunately, I have to say that it is the biggest disappointment I have ever experienced. Already after a year of use the washing machine leaked, the repairman had to replace the cuff and with the service the repair cost us 4.000, - CZK and when asked what I do wrong when washing to avoid such repairs in the future, he told me that nothing, that due to the heat in the drum this will unfortunately happen again in the future. The repairman also recommended us to replace the cassette, which has a defective dosage, so another 1.200, -. Unfortunately, the negatives largely outweigh the positives and I definitely do not recommend the washing machine for purchase and I will definitely not buy a washing machine of this brand in the future.

The worst combination buckle there could be. After the first year, we were flooded during drying, several parts were replaced. After another 1,5 years the same thing again and 1 month after the repair again. Samsung service incredibly bad, everything robots both phone and whatsapp. And if you ask a person, they want the information they see in the system again. Unbelievable disgusting. 3x the same error combination of warranty and after warranty and the manufacturer does not solve it at all. This product should not be sold at all

I don't recommend it. Often a smaller amount of water comes out, once even a smaller flood. Complaint, seal replacement and it continued anyway. Now after about 4 months the drum has broken off and the washing machine is a write off. Resolved by a supplement and purchased the highest model, hopefully without complications.

When you learn to wash + dry 2ha39min. Relatively full washing machine depending on what's in there. Of course sweatshirts need to add half an hour for drying. But if you give the long program even full it will be dry.

Smart I expected automatic adjustment of washing and drying time according to weight and weight and humidity. But nothing like that is happening. Just sort the programs you use. But my mistake, as I didn't realize that it has two different letters in the "simple" numerical name.
The biggest and most reprehensible minus that no one will warn you about. If you have a child, wear socks! Three times in 3 months and find out that after drying the clothes are completely wet. Since the washing machine itself does not detect a clogged waste filter. And it's a normal thing to consider as a complaint. Design fail. But an adult should be ok.
