WiFi, possibility to download the manual in advance, before purchase to get acquainted with the product, delivery and assembly included, washing machine quiet, reviews however on another e-shop, according to which I chose, not on Alza, otherwise Czech instructions, the possibility of modifying the program is but so far short, only 2 cycles of wishes, notification of termination on the mobile.

The washing machine is great, except that the steam washing options are strictly determined by the (one) washing programme. Thus, you cannot add steam washing, e.g. at the end of a program. However, you can find videos on the internet where steam washing can be added to an existing programme - see the Samsung video directly: https://www.youtube.com/watch? v=Jcdlghdk_Mk Unfortunately you can't get this in the Czech Republic. I'm considering returning and taking another manufacturer because of this.

Steam washing is only as a stand-alone program, not as an "additional" functionality to the "built-in" programs - so you can't add e.g. short steam wash at the end of the program, as is the case with non-EU models (according to Samsung, no washing machine sold in the Czech Republic can do this, but the US version can - again, demented Samsung policy as with phones (Snapdragon vs. Exynos))
The smart app brings virtually nothing extra. You can't remotely start the washing machine without first manually switching it to Smart mode, which kind of misses the point (I might as well set a delayed start). So you only use the app to receive notifications on your phone about the status of your laundry.

Incredibly quiet For the gut guys, you choose what you wash, it finds the right programme
To replace the drain hose you need to turn the washing machine on its side or disassemble the whole front end, here the engineers failed
