Everything you read before you buy. Carbon frame, range, shifting.
Great communication with the manufacturer, responded immediately when requested to supply the missing screw, etc. I had everything at home within two days and didn' t have to pull the bike anywhere.
German quality, so hopefully everything will be O. K: so far only 30 km, so difficult to evaluate
Service points
The seller so far only Alza
I missed one pretty substantial screw in the package, and small things like a reflector holder. Alza demanded the return of the entire round. I wrote directly to the manufacturer and the photos were enough and sent a whole set of reflectors and lights, plus screws.
Quite heavy despite the carbon frame, but it makes up the bulk of the battery
