After unpacking, I found deeper gouges and peeling paint on the frame, with paint also peeling around the screws. It is necessary to tighten all the screws, everything is tightened only lightly (probably a hard standard of employees) mainly to tighten the engine otherwise it will creak,

The bike has been running smoothly so far, but we've had it for a short time and there's no weather to test it properly. Time will tell.
As a positive I must highlight the fair treatment of Alza, who resolved everything to our satisfaction! It took a long time, but everything turned out well in the end.
We bought a Sava electric bike. The first shipment was incomplete, the bike could not be assembled and the charger was missing. After the complaint, the second wheel arrived with the front wheel miscentred. Again a claim and on the third if the bike came back fine.
