Luckily, I have an unboxing video since unboxing the bike. I found out about the mentioned errors without checking the bike more. God knows how much more there is. The packer saw all the mistakes 100% because he repacked them and he wasn't stupid.
the battery does not match the description, it is supposed to be LG, however physically there is some Sunsond in the bike
the frame came scratched at the handlebars(and it was still repacked, 100% the worker putting the bike together knew it and sent it anyway)

I purchased 2 Sava wheels 1 month apart. For 1 month I thought I was keeping up with all the electricians on a classic bike.
Alza was very pleasantly surprised when they solved the complaint of the first bike after a month by replacing it with a new bike within the next day.
