The only thing is the shorter front wheel hub axle
The handlebars don't quite fit, but I guess that's a matter of habit.

the condition of the bicycle at the time of acceptance is resolved with the salesman at the branch and subsequently with the hotline and the complaints department. Partly the fault of the dealer who did not check the condition of the returned bike and did not check the quality of the packaging before sending it to the branch. Fortunately, the dealer faced the matter head on and offered me a funantional compensation, which I took advantage of. The bike is otherwise great and a pleasure to ride. Very decent sport geometry and comfortable thanks to the carbon. After the initial disappointment, I believe that the bike will continue to serve me well and make me happy. For me, I can recommend the bike and the seller, but if you don't understand bike servicing, leave it to a professional service, sitting on a delivered bike without service would be a definite gamble.

inability to retract the seatpost (luckily I didn't mind, it's higher than the limitations inside the frame)
two links of the chain were missing
it took me almost 5 hours to adjust the whole bike to be able to ride it and I really understand bikes.

Nice aerodynamic frame design
The bike is quite heavy, but it's a basic carbon frame and heavy aluminium rims. Just invest a little more in the bike and you'll get to 9 kg.

The seatpost can only be stopped after 3k, then it hits the overflowing frame binder. Fortunately for me at 183 cm it's OK.
The front wheel bolt is about 3 mm shorter than the thread in the fork.
The front brake disc was leaning against the crank in the box and is a little bent.
I don't like the detail of the shifter bovden termination. There could have been some sort of end cap to protect the bovden and the cable.

The main shortcoming I have experienced so far is more of a manufacturing defect, but it has been repeated in the 2 bikes I have had since Alza changed the bike. It is the dirt inside the frame that makes it impossible to insert the seatpost or I would have to grow another x cm or so: -) then I solved this with the manufacturer who was quite funny. His first suggestion was to cut the seatpost to the length he wanted. So I refused and sent it to the manufacturer. He resolved this within about a week and sent the bike back. Thanks to the experience with the bike I was returning to Alza, I tried this right away and so we had a bike in a box to send. I recommend before you start assembling the bike to try if you can insert the saddle into the frame.
