I have been doing mud packs for 2 weeks because of my atopic eczema, for which nothing has worked so far, neither hemp ointments, nor ointments with propolis etc., just nothing and now there is a noticeable improvement. Beware the beginnings are very hot on the skin and at first it gets worse, but after a while it gets better. I combine it with a cream containing salts and minerals from the Dead Sea.
