Hello, thank you for your feedback. This is a compact oven design that cannot be compared to a conventional built-in oven or freestanding oven, which has different cooking technology. The oven is equipped with a thermostat as standard, which controls the switching of the heating element and can be increased up to 230°C if the temperature of 180°C was not sufficient. The oven then cycles about +-10-20% around the set temperature. It is recommended to bake the dough on the hot-air heating element function, when maximum and even air circulation is ensured.
