It's working as it should.
The design disappointed me very much - the wire is completely flat instead of the usual round one and thanks to that every small twist is terribly visible (especially on the white wire) and it can't be straightened... after unpacking even after a few days it is still twisted according to how it was twisted when it was packed... frankly it looks worse than the cheapest noname headphones from aliexpress because of the wire. I only have them for work with my laptop for occasional use so I can live with it but I wouldn't walk down the street with them.
