The fan has a subtle foot so it doesn't move from its place. Although it has 12 speeds, the transition between them is not evenly graded. Speed no. 2 does not blow, and from speed no. 3, the fan is blowing too much. I purposely bought a fan with 12 speeds (versus the regular three speeds), but the graduation of blowing at lower speeds is missing here.
Stable and heavy base
Speeds 1 and 2 hardly blow, speed 3 is too much.
