The aluminum pan was welded to the pot. It's in the pot. It's sort of peeling off inside. The cooking smells like burning plastic. I was very disappointed. I'm settling a claim. Full return of goods if possible.

I can't imagine cooking rice without a rice cooker anymore. Here, I just pour the number of scoops of rice, pour water over the rice corresponding to the number of scoops, and don't worry about anything else.
