This machine wilts the biscuit to a fine amount of coarse parts is about 10%. Doesn't go slicing into bowls throwing things all over the place.
I like to put an Igelitak around my throat and it's fine.
it has a slight tendency to overheat at high thrust.

In the instructions I read about the need to interrupt the grating after two minutes of operation for about three minutes. I am not convinced of the quality of the product.
