The top lid is very impractical, it has to be put away
The safety catch on the top lid, which allows the lid to be removed when refilling water, often cannot be released, must be solved with a knife, will be reclaimed

Possibility to brew tea directly in the kettle.
The button for removing the top lid gets stuck and the kettle cannot be opened. We have 2 in our family and both have the same problem. After about 2 years, so out of warranty.

replaceable lid with the possibility to put loose tea directly into the pot and then pull out the sieve with tea (the rod on which the sieve hangs can be bent and left in the lid after pulling the sieve up)
the kettle is relatively quiet, and it beeps gently three times after it has finished heating
the kettle then heats the water if it is not used immediately
none so far, we have only been using the kettle for a few days

it is easy to pour out the rest of the liquid from the kettle, which always remained in the rim of the lid in my previous kettle
