Maximum satisfaction. I have been choosing and testing headphones for a long time, these are the best for me even compared to more expensive competitors.
Beautiful clear sound
Comfortable fit that goes around the whole ear and does not press
Smart features like active ambient noise cancellation
Equalizer in a separate app (I have one for iOS)
They are also good for making calls from busy places
In the warmer months, they are not really suitable for wearing outdoors, the cushions around the ear are massive and the head simply sweats.

only bass/mid/treble, but equalizer in the app
if you have a big head or big ears, go elsewhere. The pads have really small ear space, it's definitely not "over the ears". Also the grip is quite strong with a big head, after two hours everything around the ears hurts.
they don't play very loud
in conjunction with spotify quite rough bass, better on tidal.

Ambient sound suppression (ANC) sufficient, mainly suppresses low frequencies.

I haven' t had a problem with calls yet. While dialing a number, sounds recorded by the microphone can be heard, but this “function“ turns off during a call.
I wear glasses, but even so the headphones fit well on my head, they surround the whole ears. Compared to the Marshall Major III, they are really comfortable.
You can quickly get used to the number of control buttons.

Annoying repeating sound message if any connected device loses connection. Headphones must be turned off and on. (I would appreciate the ability to turn off the audio assistant completely. )
Audible hiss when headphones are plugged in and nothing is playing. (But this is a problem with most Bluetooth headphones. )
Plastic construction. I'm curious to see how long the parts that are used for folding and adjusting the headphones will last.
