The headphone extension over the head could have been 1 cm longer. Ideally it doesn't sit on your head.
The microphone arm is partially rotatable, but the microphone cannot be brought closer - it can be bent to the mouth to make the transmitted sound sound better.
They are light. Simple ones, not bad for occasional communication.
