The description on Alza said: "size S-XL", so I figured it'd be some kind of universal size just. It arrived and right on the cover they said something along the lines of: "max height: 175 cm". I'm 193 and I'm relatively stocky (not emaciated), so I have a lot of mass in my upper body and it's small as hell. For a skinny woman it's probably okay, maybe for some pretty tiny guy too, but I before I even get into it, my back starts to hurt from the twisting and to get it on the biggest size I have to tighten it like a pig and it cuts into my pectoral muscles and my arms get exposed.
