For a long time I bought a 1,5 cm high Lifefit pad, which I am happy with, but after about a year it starts to crumble, now I decided to try this one. The material is identical in my opinion, so crumbling is likely to occur too.
The difference is in the lettering - with Sharp Shape it can be rolled off by hand, which may be an advantage for some people to have a pad without lettering.
Works great, same material as Lifefit for me
The whole inscription can be unrolled
We've had it unfolded for about a month now, and it still has rubber band marks on it.

it slides on the parquet
too soft for exercise and in places where you touch the entire weight of the mat, the depressions remain for a longer time (footprints, knees in the knee), where the mat no longer fulfills the role and in the depressions you touch the harder ground
next time I don' t buy anymore, albeit pleasant to the touch, but unsuitable for exercise
