I'll see after the claim is settled.
I received only the trapeze without brackets and mounting elements. I only read the reviews for this product after it was delivered and looked at the "Advice and Tutorials" section, and it seems to happen repeatedly.

The crossbar is perfect, it has no flaws for that price. The supporting gallows are weldments made of square steel, which are connected to 4 screws with the crossbar itself. There are two steel plates in the set to prevent “squeezing“ of the steel. A better solution would be a tube die to expand from the inside, but that' s how it works, and the price is perfectly reasonable.
Installation board: Screw the crossbar firmly, place it on the wall and carefully mark the holes on the wall (a spirit level will help) you will need a helper, ideally two. Drill the holes carefully. Before hanging on the wall, loosen the screws on the crossbar to allow the gallows to click freely. Hang on the wall, tighten the anchors to the wall. The anchors are just short, you need to be careful not to push them too deep. Finally, tighten the screws on the crossbar and you can start hanging. Gudlak.

The manual lacks information for drilling anchors - you must have a 14 mm drill bit
