As I needed an open shoe-bench up to 60cm, I didn't have many options other than this product. Of course, I knew in advance that only 2.5 pairs of shoes would fit and I counted on it. Not bad for the money.

The shoe rack is sturdy after assembly

60 cm, ideal for a small one-room apartment as an addition to a closed shoe cabinet when you want to take your shoes off quickly and kick them into a corner. But you must not have too many shoes and family members.

The hinges have no cushioning when opening, the first time I used it, it slammed my fingers, the second and third time it hit like a cannon. I glued felt pads against impact and I take care that the lid does not slip out during closing.

The photos are fake illustrations, the booties are for babies or a photo montage. that's not really how it's gonna look in real life: -)

Shoe compartment is low, but sneakers fit in there

I didn't read anywhere what material was used for the upholstery. It's thin, some kind of pseudo-skin or something. Fortunately, it's not a substance.
